Shopping from outside the United States? Here’s what to expect when your order crosses a border.
How it works
Pay the product price and shipping shown at checkout.
Your destination country assesses any applicable import charges.
The carrier may collect those charges before or at delivery.
What could be charged?
Depending on your destination, you may be asked to pay import VAT or other taxes, customs duties, and carrier brokerage, handling, or collection fees. The amount depends on local rules, the shipment, and the carrier. Stay Sharp Sports does not set these charges and cannot guarantee their amount in advance.
Want an estimate?
Before ordering, contact your local customs authority or carrier and ask what may apply to a shipment from the United States. If you need the product or shipping details to check, contact us before placing your order.
If charges are not paid
If a shipment is refused, left unclaimed, returned, or abandoned because import charges were not paid, the carrier may add fees or may not return the package. Any refund or deduction will be handled under our return policy and applicable consumer law. Please contact us promptly if you have a delivery issue.
How can I tell if charges are prepaid?
Review the totals and shipping terms shown at checkout. If checkout specifically says duties and import taxes are collected, they are prepaid using the appropriate delivery-duty-paid method where available. Otherwise, expect the carrier or customs authority to contact you about any charges due.
