How It Works

1. Choose your video package.
2. Tell us your skater’s first name and how to pronounce it.
3. Select the occasion and favorite SkateQuest character.
4. Share the accomplishment or personal details you would like included.
5. We’ll create the video and email you a private download link.

Every message is individually prepared using the information you provide. These are personalized digital products—not instant, automatically generated videos.

Delivery

Personalized videos are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery may be available for an additional charge. Your completed video will be delivered digitally; no physical product will be shipped.

Because production begins using the information submitted with your order, personalized purchases cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. If we make an error in the supplied name, wording, or details, we will correct it at no charge. Customer-requested changes or incorrectly submitted information may require an additional editing fee.

Privacy

Please provide the recipient’s first name only. Do not include addresses, school names, full birth dates, or other sensitive information. Finished videos are delivered privately and will not be posted publicly by Stay Sharp Sports or SkateQuest without separate permission.
