What SkateLedger is
SkateLedger is a coaching ledger for figure skating coaches. Keep skaters, lessons, invoices, and payments organized on your iPhone or iPad, with an optional Apple Watch companion for rinkside use.
Your coaching data stays on your devices. SkateLedger does not run a cloud account or sync your ledger to our servers.

FAQ
Where is my data stored?
On your device, in SkateLedger’s Application Support storage. We do not host your roster, lessons, invoices, or payments on Stay Sharp Sports servers.
How do I back up or restore?
Use your usual Apple device backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup in Finder / iTunes). When you restore that backup to the same or a replacement device, SkateLedger’s on-device data comes back with it.
There is no separate SkateLedger cloud restore in v1.0. If you wipe the app without a device backup, the ledger on that device is gone.
How do I email or share an invoice?
Open the invoice (or offer) in SkateLedger and use the share / Mail / Messages actions Apple provides. Sending is always something you start. SkateLedger does not send invoices in the background.
Does SkateLedger need Contacts, Photos, or Camera?
Only if you choose to use those features:
- Contacts: pick a skater or payer from your address book
- Photos / Camera: attach or capture a photo for a record
You can deny access and still use the rest of the app. You can change permission later in iOS Settings → SkateLedger.
Is there an Apple Watch app?
Yes. The Watch companion is for quick rinkside coaching actions. It works with the iPhone app on your paired devices. Watch data follows the same on-device model; it is not uploaded to Stay Sharp Sports.
Can I sync music or use cloud services inside SkateLedger?
No. Music cloud sync is off. v1.0 does not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or Stay Sharp cloud sync for your ledger.
What age is the app for?
SkateLedger is rated 4+. It is a coach tool. It is not a children’s social or entertainment app.
